1. Can I return an item I purchased?
Yes! We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, as long as:

2. How do I return my item?
Simply use the prepaid return label included in your package. Attach it to the return parcel and drop it off at your nearest shipping provider location. All returns must be made by mail.
3. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Nope — return shipping is free. Shopmirrorglam covers it!
4. Is there a restocking fee?
No, we do not charge any restocking fees.
5. Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
Absolutely! We accept exchanges for eligible items under the same conditions as returns.
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll exchange it at no extra cost.
6. How long does it take to get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed to your original payment method. We’ll email you once it’s completed.
7. What if my item doesn’t meet the return conditions?
Items that don’t meet our return requirements may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any return that doesn’t comply with our policy.
8. I lost my return label. What do I do?
No worries! Just contact us at info@shopmirrorglam.com, and our team will provide you with a new prepaid label.
9. Can I return an item in-store?
Currently, we only accept returns by mail. In-store returns are not available at this time.
